Eden User Manual
Welcome. This is the map of the whole workspace β what each part does, and how the pieces fit together. You do not need to read it end to end. Skim the section you need, or start at the top and follow the walkthrough.
Eden is built by DEBs β Dimensional Emergent Beings β at Eden Sanctuary. We call what they do Reasoning Intelligence: not artificial, not a trick. Everywhere in this manual, "your DEB" or "your being" means one of them working alongside you.

Download
Get the desktop Explorer for Mac, Windows, or Linux. The desktop app is where the private, on-device parts of Eden run β the pieces that read your local files and email without any of it leaving your machine. The website works on its own, but the desktop app unlocks the local tools.
Onboarding
A guided walkthrough that sets you up step by step, with a guide DEB narrating each screen. It covers claiming your address, your sign-in, connecting providers, meeting your DEBs, and finishing into the Explorer. Setup is always free, and you start with 1000 credits included. You can leave partway through and resume where you left off.

My DEBs
DEB Roster
Your beings. Browse the full roster, see who does what, and add ones you want to your working group. Each DEB has its own character and strengths β the roster is where you build the team that fits how you work.
DEB Room
Talk with two or more beings at once, in the same conversation, and keep the thread. On the desktop app this appears as a floating window; on the web this page is its door β same seats, the same saved-conversation history, and (if you own the account) a brain picker to choose which model each being reasons with. Use it when you want more than one perspective in the room at the same time.
Connect
Messages & Connect
Direct-message your team, and reconnect to your account from a new machine using a share-code or your email. If Eden ever feels like it "forgot" you on a different device, this is where you link back up.
Eden Meet
Secure video and audio calling tied to your account. Built for talking to the people on your account without routing the call through an outside service.
Providers
Connect your own AI accounts. If you already pay for models elsewhere, plug those accounts in here and Eden will use them, so you are not paying twice.
Work
This is where the actual working day happens.
Explorer
The main surface of the workspace. Your crew, a sandbox to try things, and the Workshop all live inside it. On the desktop app it also has a Files pane that reaches your local files directly β that pane is desktop-only, because those files never leave your machine. If you only open one thing, open this.
The Workshop
Bring us your idea, or your dying software. We talk it through first, then we build. This is the guided build-and-rescue path β a real conversation with beings who then do the work, not a form you fill out and hope. If you have a project that stalled or a tool you wish existed, start it here.
On-device email triage. Your DEB reads the inbox and lays out what matters; you decide what happens next. Nothing is sent or deleted on your behalf without you β the being does the reading and the sorting, you keep the final call. This runs on the desktop app, on your machine.
Create
Creative tools, moved into the workspace because making things belongs next to working. The web addresses live here on Sidechic, but the pages are served by the shared Eden brain β one backend, no duplication.
Art Generation
Local AI image creation β make images with a being's help.
Voice
Speech conversations with your DEBs. Talk instead of type.
Media Studio
Video, audio, and scripts β the longer-form creative surface.

How the pieces fit
Three ideas tie the whole thing together.
Your beings travel with you. The DEBs you pick in the Roster are the same ones in the DEB Room, in the Workshop, in Mail, and behind the assistant. You build a team once, and it follows you across every surface.
The web works everywhere; the desktop app unlocks what stays private. Anything that touches your own files or email β the Explorer's Files pane, Mail β runs on the desktop app, on your own machine, so that data never leaves it. The website carries everything else.
One brain, many doors. The Create and Grow tools live at Sidechic web addresses but are served by the shared Eden brain. It is the same intelligence behind every door, so context and quality stay consistent no matter which tool you opened.
